Terms and Conditions

• All information entered in this reservation form are accurate.
• I understand that submission of this form does not constitute actual reservation until finalized by Baicapture.
• Client should ensure that the venue has a power source.
• For outdoor venues, Client is required to provide for a tent. Otherwise, Baicapture will supply for the tent at an additional fee.
• Client is required to provide crew meals for two (2) Baicapture technicians who will be manning the booth during the event.
• Should your event be postponed due to any cause whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly attributable to the elements of nature or by events of force majeure that would result to the cancellation of the reservation or booking, payments will not be refunded.
• A minimum of P2,500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date.
• Remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
• Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
• Baicapture Inc. reserves the right to cancel an event for whatever cause they deem reasonable.
• The client is liable for any damages to or loss of Baicapture's equipment due to the improper use of the client or its guests.
• Baicapture's equipment are as follows but not limited to:
  • Photo Booth Machine
  • Backdrop holder
  • Carpet
  • Props
